Soy instructor de yoga con 13 años de experiencia, especializado en Swásthya en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Soy de los pocos instructores de esta modalidad en México. Es una filosofía que me encanta pues profundiza en nuestra salud física y psicológica. Lo único que me puede desconcentrar en una clase de yoga sería un café y un postre delicioso, pues son mi perdición.🤭☕
